A round self-warming cat bed in wool felt, made to protect sofas, beds, and favourite nap spots while giving cats a calm, breathable place to rest. Self-warming, or self-heating: dense felted sheep’s wool reflects the cat’s own body heat, so there is no cord, no element, and nothing to plug in. It regulates temperature year-round and holds its loft without flattening like foam or polyester pads.
Naturally occurring lanolin gives wool a subtle, familiar scent many cats are drawn to, making this mat inviting even without catnip. Wool invites kneading and takes it in place of the sofa. Use it on its own anywhere in the home or pair it with our wool cat caves for layered comfort.

How Do I Care For My Felted Wool Bed, Cave, Basket Or Mat?
Vacuum gently with a non-bristle wand for routine cleaning. When it needs more than that, hand wash cold with a wool-safe detergent and air dry fully. Never put it in the dryer. While it is still damp, reshape a cave or basket around towels or blankets so it reforms as it dries.
Is This Bed Safe For My Cat?
Safety is our priority. Most of our products are undyed, in the natural colour of the wool or other material. Where we do use dyes, they are azo-free. Every piece is made with secure construction methods. Patrick, our Chief Executive Cat, personally paw-inspects every design. This bed is made for sleeping, not for chewing, so please inspect it regularly for wear and replace it if it becomes torn or damaged. If your cat tries to eat any part of it, stop using it.
