Kitty Cat Habitat is a sole proprietorship registered in British Columbia, Canada. As a natural person there is no separate legal form, no share capital and no authorised representative. The business is not subject to official authorisation, is not a regulated profession, and holds no EU or German VAT identification number.

Orders shipped to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France and Germany are sold through Shopify Managed Markets, with Global-e US Inc., 200 West 41st Street, New York, NY 10036, United States, acting as merchant of record and contractual seller for those orders. Global-e's own terms and privacy policy are presented at checkout. Every other destination is sold directly by us.
